Charlotte has been working in the genomics space since the start of the 100K Genomes Project. She began by working with the West Midlands Genomic Medicine Centre, based at The Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals Trust funded by the West Midlands Academic Health and Science Network.  As the project came to an end, she worked for the Genomics Unit at NHSE as one of two lead nurses before taking up her current role as Associate Director of Nursing and Midwifery for the CAS GMSA.
