An HCPC registered clinical scientist and genetics graduate with over 30 years’ experience in NHS diagnostic laboratories, Jennie completed the FRCPath in molecular genetics in 2010 and has developed and led services in both rare disease and cancer. Jennie has been professional lead at the National School for Healthcare Science and is currently professional lead for the Laboratory Working Group of the Genomics Training Academy. She is an active member of the ACGS (Association for Clinical Genomic Science), having served on the Workforce Development Committee for many years. She is also a registration and training assessor for the Academy for Healthcare Science and the National School for Healthcare Science.
