Introduction

Michelle has worked as a genetic technologist at WMRGL for over 25 years and has a specific interest in training and workforce development. Her technical experience is mainly cytogenetics based and she has developed many new services across WMRGL in her role as head of programme over the last 10 years. In her current role, she is the technical lead for rare disease and quality at WMRGL.
