This is a forum for education and discussion about using the Genomic Medicine Service in the Central and South region.
The event will be held via MS Teams on Monday, June 26, from 15:00 to 16:30
This event is for clinicians working in community paediatrics, paediatricians and Paediatric Neurology (Consultant, Training Grades), Nurses and Allied Health Professionals who request genetic testing or are involved in the care of children who are having genetic testing or who have a genetic condition.
The event will consist of a series of short cases studies including:
- When genomic testing has had positive patient outcomes,
- Challenges within genomic testing,
- Interesting diagnoses,
- Forms and panels challenges,
- Consent and result giving.
